Karen has recently joined Workday as a Sr. HCM Solution Consultant.  But she is no stranger to Workday.  As Vice President of HR Services for Towne Park, a valet parking company headquartered in Annapolis, she shaped the Workday experience for more than 11,000, mostly millennial employees.  Both Workday and Towne Park are fun, energetic work environments that are attractive to the millennial workforce.  

Although too “experienced” to be a millennial, Karen loves to be at the forefront of new concepts!  Back in the day, she was one of the first consultants to certify in PeopleSoft HCM and in 2005, when HSAs were brand new, she helped banks and healthcare companies build their new HSA product line.  

She is once again, pleased to join Workday as an “ambassador of disruption”, helping companies see the value in moving their enterprise systems to the cloud.
