Weather Policy, Cancellations, Refunds

Inclement Weather:

In the event of inclement weather, HR Alliance follows the lead of the Federal Government. If the Federal Government is closed, announces a delayed opening or there is an early closing, our event will be canceled or postponed.
 

Program or Meeting Cancellation:

In the event HR Alliance cancels a scheduled program or meeting, attendees will be notified by email and a notice will be posted on HR Alliance's website homepage stating the status of that event.  HR Alliance will credit the attendee for the rescheduled date or offer the credit for another program or meeting.


Refunds:

No refunds for program events will be given if cancelled less than 72 business hours prior to the program unless the event has been cancelled by HR Alliance.  If HR Alliance cancels a program for reasons beyond their control, an alternate date will be offered.  Anyone that cannot meet the alternate date, will receive a full refund.

If our staff is notified of a cancellation outside of 72 business hours prior to the event start time, a credit will be issued to the credit card on file, less a $5.00 processing fee.   Please contact us at staff@hralliancedc.org to notify us of the requested cancellation.
