Featuring an executive panel of local HR leaders and subject matter experts, we will unpack the factors requiring a more strategic lens on workforce planning, realities unique to the Washington, DC metro area, and the key success factors needed to leverage workforce planning efforts. Attendees will walk away with actionable insights to identify capability gaps, critical talent decision points, and how to position the HR function as a proactive partner.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand how workforce planning has evolved from headcount management to skill-based planning.
- Recognize the regional opportunities and challenges related to workforce planning.
- Learn how to sharpen build-buy-borrow-bot decisions to close workforce gaps.
- Determine where your organization is on its strategic workforce planning journey, and identify the 1-2 actions to get to the next level.
