Program Description:

Psychological safety describes an environment in which team members feel empowered to speak up, share innovative ideas, and take smart risks without fear of judgment. During this session, speaker Michael Randel shares proven approaches for building a workplace where diverse perspectives are valued, mistakes become learning opportunities, and every team member can contribute their authentic best. Attendees will gain practical tools to foster an environment of trust, collaboration, and sustained high performance.
