Program Description:
Everything’s changed in the world of work. Headlines highlight employee satisfaction as low; unionization and employee work demands are on the rise. One day we’re trying to fill an empty pipeline with candidates, the next we’re managing our employer brand after a round of layoffs. The employment relationship has never been more complicated. It’s time for a new approach to how we look at employment. We can no longer sell jobs. We have to go beyond the value proposition to create a relationship with employees. If we want to make a real bottom-line and purposeful impact as talent leaders, we have to focus on the relationship employees have with work.
The Employer Brand Relationship (EBR) is the future of employer brand. This relationship, and how we brand and market it to candidates and employees will change the way you think about your job, your potential, and your own opportunity to make a difference when it comes to attraction, hiring, retention, and your organization’s ability to deliver on the brand promise. Join exaqueo (ex-ack-wee-o) leaders for a powerful introduction to EBR and why it’s essential to the candidate and employee experience.

As a result of participation in this session, you will understand:
- Relevant labor and economic trends impacting employment
- Employment as a relationship and the key dimensions of the relationship
