Job Description:
This position demands attention to detail, effective communication, self-driven, customer service-focused, and excellent organizational skills. You will serve as the “go-to” person in the organization for support with supplies, meetings, events, and catering, and will function as the hands-on person for shipping and receiving, and assist with keeping the kitchen clean. The ideal candidate will also have a curiosity and interest in human resources and recruiting with previous experience in administrative support.

Requirements |
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct onboarding activities such as orientation, training for new hires, collecting and processing new hire paperwork
- Administrative responsibilities in maintaining internal HR records, providing reports, and updating various HR systems
- Schedule and track training and performance evaluations
- Assist with coordinating, communicating, and scheduling interviews, prepare interview materials, and assist in recruiting events as needed Provide meeting support, which includes setup, catering coordination, supplies, and clean-up
- Assist with all administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, providing reception desk coverage, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls and voicemail messages, and greeting and signing in visitors and staff courteously and professionally
- Monitor snack, beverage, and office supply stock levels and take the lead on unpacking and restocking when items arrive
- Ensure kitchen and pantries are clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Conduct all company shipping/receiving, managing all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business or other related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR department as a HR administrative assistant preferred
- Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and ADP Workforce Now preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization and externally in a professional, articulate manner
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level attention to detail
- Proven ability to multitask, and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work well independently as well as collaboratively on a multi-functional team
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
