Senior Human Resources Business Partner
The  Senior HR Business Partner is a significant role in people management and assisting with strategic development and daily operations of the HR function.
  • Administer HRIS system (ADP) with setup and changes for benefits, performance reviews, training, and other projects.  
  • Compliance reporting (AAP, EEOC, VETs, FSA compliance testing).
  • Support benefits administration, as needed (QLE, enrollments, invoicing, inquiries, etc.)
  • Administer employee leave program.
    Ability to handle HR situations and information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid understanding and wide application of technical HR principles, theories and concepts, as well as HR best practices.
  • Comprehension of US employment law, federal and state laws, and government contracting compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees at all levels within the organization.
  • Must demonstrate strong initiative with minimal supervision and exercise strong prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met.
  • High work ethic, high ethical standards and strong commitment to customer service.
    PHR or SHRM certification
