Program: 9:00 - 10:00 AM

Description:
Uncertainty is the norm for business. Yet when everything is in flux (as in a global recession or a pandemic), leaders must learn to walk the high-wire.

Participants in this highly interactive presentation consider what their leadership behaviors and actions reveal about how they personally manage uncertainty. Then, they’ll learn a few key principles to support them as they walk the high-wire of uncertainty. Upon returning to the (virtual or physical) office, leaders can determine whether they have the right supports to help their teams to lead from the high-wire more effectively.

In this session we will review/discuss:

  • Leading organizations or teams effectively through pervasive uncertainty
  • How to get buy-in as we address varied levels of comfort with risk and ambiguity
  • Thinking strategically while navigating ongoing uncertainty
