HR Alliance DC welcomes Alex Allen, HRADC Board Member and Director, Global Inclusion & Collaboration - Customer Experience and Sales & Marketing at Cisco, for a keynote session on leading an organization towards an inclusive and conscious culture through innovative HR programming. As a Human Capital Strategist with more than 20 years of experience at companies like General Electric, Home Depot and Nestle, Alex will share his personal and professional journey around his passion for proximity and how that has manifested in his work at Cisco and beyond.
Looking ahead, as the business world contemplates the compounding effects of racial injustice, pandemic, and economic depression, HR leaders have a seminal opportunity to lead their organizations into the future through progressive actions and programs.
