Program Description:
It seems employee benefits are taking the center stage these days as a way to attract, retain and engage employees.  In fact, 2018 could be called the year of the benefits boom as numerous employers made changes large and small to their benefits packages.  Around 80% of employees say they would rather have new or additional benefits instead of pay increase.  Benefits are not just desirable to employees, they can also improve the business by increasing productivity, engagement and help with retention in a tightened labor market.

Join us to learn what alternative employee benefits are out there and where the market is moving.  You will also hear from senior leaders of two very different organizations that will share their stories about the changes they made, why they made them and how that impacted their business.

Speakers:

  • Kelly Demaitre – Executive Human Resources Leader, CACI
  • John-Anthony Meza – Vice President Talent Diversity Equity & Inclusion, KaBOOM!
  • Kyle Armeny – Area President, Gallagher
