Description:
As the DMV looks to safely reopen in the coming weeks and months, there are still many challenges ahead. Business leaders are facing one big question: “Now what?”

We won’t be going back to normal, we will be creating a new normal as we look to move forward from here. Leaders must understand how to help their teams navigate the emotions around this pandemic of change and co-create a new set of operating rules.
This webinar will help equip leaders with the tools they need to help their teams realign and emerge stronger as a result of this norm-shattering event.

After attending this webinar, leaders will:

  • Understand the “hierarchy of recovery” their team members will move through post-pandemic
  • Have clarity on the standards and agreements they may need to renegotiate (Hint: telework is one of them)
  • Be able to utilize personality-based communication preferences to ensure all team members' input is represented during the re-engagement process
  • Have a framework of best realignment practices
