Program Description:
Many of us have experienced the recent increased trend of merger and acquisition activity.  Driving growth, refocusing business, responding to shareholder expectations and private equity firm investments all drive the M&A the market.  How does human resources continue to not only support but think strategically about the M&A process?  In February we’ve invited a distinguished panel of experts to share their experiences and viewpoints about M&A, specifically the ever-changing due diligence process. Gone are the days of multiple on-site visits and long timeframes to ponder potential synergies or possible culture clashes.  Today’s due diligence efforts are fast and focused and it is more critical than ever that HR be part of an integrated due diligence team to successfully and quickly assess and execute the process.

Come join us for an in-depth conversation with high level functional experts as they share thoughts, experiences and lessons learned with regard to how this process has changed with technology and better integrated teams.  Get insights into how companies are quickly evaluating synergies, retention of key talent, cultural-alignment, strategic growth plans and how they have found HR to be a key change-management partner in the process.
