Join us early for an opportunity to meet new people!
Undoubtedly, automation and artificial intelligence will have profound effects on our workforce. What will jobs look like down the road? What impact will the freelancers and consultants have on our workforce? How do we even think of our jobs? How will Gen Z upend the workplace? How do we create a culture of innovation? While Boards, CEOs and HR executives grapple with these questions, one thing is certain; the future of work will be different, and HR plays a critical role in being responsible for a culture that promotes innovation and growth. Join Shaara Roman, an expert on how people, strategy, and culture intersect, as she draws on her experience as a former human resources executive for best-in-class companies, a board member and CEO of The Silverene Group, a management and culture consultancy.
In this interactive exchange, we’ll discuss:
- The changing mindset around work
- Strategies to build a workforce of the future
- How you can foster innovation from every employee
- Driving business impact
