Program Description:
Change is constant, and HR is often at the center of it. "Empowering Leaders to Champion Change with Brave Spaces" is designed for HR practitioners who play a pivotal role in guiding organizations through transformation. Speaker and change management expert, Pamela Green, will demonstrate how HR can move beyond traditional change management to become a strategic catalyst for transparency, trust, and engagement. Participants will explore the concept of “brave spaces,” which are environments where employees and leaders can speak openly, share concerns, and co-create solutions that drive successful outcomes.
In this interactive session, you’ll learn how to partner with business leaders to anticipate resistance, coach managers to lead with confidence, and foster a culture that embraces continuous evolution. Whether you are supporting a large-scale initiative or a team-level shift, this program offers actionable strategies to elevate HR’s impact and ensure that change is not only implemented, but embraced across the organization.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand when to involve HR as a strategic partner in change initiatives.
- Learn how to prepare managers to lead with transparency and confidence.
- Establish techniques for creating brave spaces to reduce resistance and foster honest dialogue.
