Program Description:
Stress, loneliness, and burnout are at record highs, costing U.S. employers over $300 billion annually through lost productivity, absenteeism, and turnover. But what if the solution doesn’t require a massive overhaul?
Join a dynamic panel of wellness experts to explore the latest research on workplace wellbeing and how integrating small, science-backed practices into the workday can lead to meaningful gains in employee satisfaction, performance, and retention. You’ll learn practical, evidence-based strategies across nutrition, movement, and mental health designed to fit seamlessly into the flow of work. From microbreaks to mindset shifts, this session will equip you with actionable tools to support a healthier, more resilient workforce. And throughout the session you’ll get to experience a few microbreaks yourself. Come ready to move, reflect, and recharge!
Learning Objectives:
By participating in this session, you will be able to:
- Describe the current state of employee health and wellbeing, including recent research on the organizational impact of stress, burnout, and the benefits of workplace microbreaks.
