Description:
As we exit the lockdown phase of the pandemic, fatigued managers emerge to face new laws, hybrid workplaces, heightened attention to social justice, new health realities, a dramatic increase in harassment complaints and “the great resignation”. How do you support and inspire your leaders, so that they can support and inspire their teams?  By providing them with the most current information, tools, knowledge, and awareness that is needed to lead effectively in a post-pandemic environment.

Join employment lawyer Misti Mukherjee as she distills the impact on management of new employment laws and legal trends.  We will review the legislative changes affecting employers, what managers need to know about new laws and legal trends, and how managers can lead with intention.  We will also discuss practical approaches HR leaders can use to teach and engage managers in their organizations on topics of legal compliance, equity and leadership.
