The 2015 HR Alliance Compensation Survey is right around the corner!  The Survey launches on April 1, 2015 and will run through June 2015.  On Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. EST, Pearl Meyer & Partners, our colleagues in the development and administration of the survey, will once again host an informational webinar designed to walk returning and first-time respondents through the survey.  Mark your calendars now!  Click here to register.

Why Participate in the Survey?
No single company represents the “average” salaries and “typical” compensation policies and practices in the Washington DC metro area, so it's important for companies to gain insight into prevailing compensation trends, especially in our very diverse and densely populated region.  While your company may be one of many in this area, you represent a critical data point that enhances the quality of the survey results and increases the survey's value.  Every submission counts!

Why Buy the Survey?
