2021 Compensation Survey Launch!

Our annual Compensation Survey & Trend Report launched on April 1st.  Learn more and consider participating!

HR Alliance, in partnership with Pearl Meyer, recently kicked off our 12th year of our annual Compensation Survey & Trend Report.  Our survey provides some of the most comprehensive information on salaries, incentive pay, and compensation practices in the DC Metro region.

Recently HR Alliance held its annual survey overview webinar, titled Participation is Easy, with helpful tips regarding survey participation and job matching.  The webinar was recorded and can be viewed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v5g_QvUOWGc

For 2021, HR Alliance and Pearl Meyer enhanced the survey considering current trends and participant feedback.  Notably, the 2021 survey includes the position of Diversity and Inclusion Officer and expanded the geographic scope of the survey to include the Hampton Roads and Norfolk Counties in Virginia.

In addition to salary data, the survey includes a comprehensive overview of Policies and Practices including geographic differentials, merit planning, pay for time not worked, retirement, workplace flexibility, and other topics relevant to our unique times such as questions regarding COVID-19 impact and diversity and inclusion practices.

We encourage your organization's participation. Participants receive a significant discount when purchasing the survey report.  Participation for the 2021 survey is open through June 14th.  We appreciate your continued contribution to the success of this survey.  If your organization is interested in becoming a participant, please contact our survey partner, Pearl Meyer at Survey@pearlmeyer.com

The 2021 survey will be published and available for purchase on August 23rd.
