HR Alliance, in partnership with Pearl Meyer, recently kicked off our 12th year of our annual Compensation Survey & Trend Report. Our survey provides some of the most comprehensive information on salaries, incentive pay, and compensation practices in the DC Metro region.

For 2021, HR Alliance and Pearl Meyer enhanced the survey considering current trends and participant feedback. Notably, the 2021 survey includes the position of Diversity and Inclusion Officer and expanded the geographic scope of the survey to include the Hampton Roads and Norfolk Counties in Virginia.
In addition to salary data, the survey includes a comprehensive overview of Policies and Practices including geographic differentials, merit planning, pay for time not worked, retirement, workplace flexibility, and other topics relevant to our unique times such as questions regarding COVID-19 impact and diversity and inclusion practices.
