Program Description:
Are you concerned about creating an engaging experience so you can “win” the talent game? You aren't alone.  Multiple surveys of CEOs, including those by PwC, KPMG and Deloitte, all cite talent and culture as a priority for CEOs and other leaders. 56% of the CEOs in Deloitte’s 2016 study report that their companies are not ready for the leadership needs.  In KPMG's 2015 Global CEO outlook survey, CEOs cite hiring and retaining the right talent a priority. If you are a C-suite executive or people leader you won't want to miss this opportunity to engage!

Join our speaker Shaara Roman, Founder & Managing Partner of the Silverene Group and Jennifer Ives, SVP at 3Pillar Global, to hear about the latest research and trends to help you shape your talent strategy to appeal to a multi-generational workforce, including the latest GenZ's.

Shaara and Jennifer will share strategies, technologies, and client insights in critical areas that top employers use to differentiate themselves when creating an engaging employee culture.
