Shaara Roman
Shaara Roman, Founder & Managing Partner of the Silverene Group, has over 20 years of global experience improving organizational effectiveness and leading culture, organizational development and talent strategies across a broad spectrum of companies and industries. Shaara consults with CEOs, CHROs and other C-suite leaders to support the organizations’ growth, M&A, or transformation strategies using an integrated change management approach. Throughout her career, Shaara has worked with businesses at inflexion points working to transform the leadership, culture and talent initiatives to drive growth and impact in an evolving business landscape. Prior to founding the Silverene Group, Shaara held executive leadership positions at NRECA, CGI, Fannie Mae, Visa and Allied Capital. Shaara often speaks on the topics of organizational effectiveness and design, winning talent strategies, culture and driving engagement in organizations.
Shaara holds an MBA in International Business from Georgetown University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington graduating with highest honors from both institutions. She serves on two non-profit boards and lives in Arlington, Virginia with her husband and their two children.
Jennifer Ives
Jennifer Ives is a seasoned business leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding high growth startups and global companies, as well as local government and business development organizations. She started as an engineer for a geospatial software firm, and has focused most of her career on economic and business development, strategic growth, as well as talent recruitment, retention and development. Before joining 3 Pillar Global as SVP responsible for Software & Security, she was a senior executive at Top Employers’ Institute. A self-described "data geek" and host of the fast growing "Talent is Transforming" podcast, Jennifer is currently focused on providing business leaders around the world with technology and tools to assess their organization's culture and talent to better develop their people and drive financial growth.
Jennifer holds degrees from the University of Virginia and George Mason University. She and her husband have two children and live in Arlington, Va.
